Florence approached La Boussole a few years ago to ask for help. She became a volunteer and took part in food distributions. Today, she is a member of the Board of Directors as a member advisor. Her role is to ensure that the voice of beneficiaries is heard within the organization's governing body. She recently spoke to Radio-Victoria about her career and La Boussole.
