Alan Heath, the word artist Alan is a regular at our food distribution. He doesn't speak French very well, but he always tries to slip in a word or two. For our Christmas operation, Alan told us his story. He explained how, during his time in prison, he developed a passion for words. He took up poetry and is now what he calls a "word artist". He also gave us the gift of an improvised poem. Alan hopes to see his texts published in a collection in the near future.
