April marks the start of a new fiscal year for us, and with it the renewal of our membership renewal for you! It's easy to do : click hereand fill in 4 fields in the $2 form, and that's it. Your membership entitles you to free access to all our activities (15 per month on average) andand access to Ensembleour thrift store, the next one being next Thursday, April 25 !
On the agenda this month: Ensemble's private sales, as I just mentioned, but also and above all the start of our new cultural project, based on itinerancy: InterARTif. The first cycle focuses on sculpture, and we can't wait to see what our community has to offer! An activity also accessible to disabled people and English speakers.
Finally, April sees the return of our awareness-raising workshops on Downtown Eastside issues, theemployment info-session where you can pick up all the tips and advice you need, and - weather permitting - our our walking club. And that's not counting our English courses, our employment offices and those of the provincial Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction.
